The space
Beautifully and fully furnished in local Big Island décor, this condo has everything you need for your favorite vacation. The Fairway Villas in Waikoloa is a private gated community right across the street from the Queens Marketplace and Kings Shops and is within walking distance of the beach. It also overlooks one of the two championship golf courses in the immediate area.

The state of Hawaii charges 14.96% taxes on the nightly fee for vacation rentals. As of Oct 1st, 2019, we are including these taxes in the listed nightly rate.

Beaches
Although these aren’t right out your front door, we know visitors come to Hawaii for the beaches 🙂 Anehoomalu Beach (called “A-Bay” by the locals) is a great beach for everyone, including rental facilities for all kinds of water sports like stand-up paddle boarding, snorkeling, and sunset & whale watching boat rides.
See giant sea turtles (“honu”) and colorful tropical fish. You can get a meal or snack at the Lava Lava Beach Club or just lie on the beach with a book and catch some rays. In addition to A-Bay, some of the world’s most famous beaches are just a short drive away.

Details and recommendations are provided at the condo. Also, we are a local family with parents and siblings (and their families) living nearby … please ask and we’d love to share some of our favorite places to go, things to do, and places to eat. The Hawai’i island has so much to offer everyone, you will not be disappointed!

Booking rules
- Check-in: 4:00 pm
- Check-out: 11:00 am
- Self-check-in with keypad
- Security Deposit of $200 is due upon booking
- It is returned in full after check-out if no damage is done.
- If there is damage, repairs will be paid for out of the security deposit.
- Invoices are sent and payments are made via Paypal for all direct bookings
Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation for 48 hours
- After that, cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund
- The cleaning fee is refunded if you do not check in at all
