It was cleaner after a new floor. However, the couch was made of cloth, so I couldn’t avoid the old smell. There was an LG washer and dryer, so it was convenient, and the ninja blender, electric rice cooker, fridge, etc. were all new and functional. Above all, the house was clean, so there were no cockroaches, and I stayed conveniently. Located right next to Kings Shop, you can walk, and there is a Queen’s Shop right across the street, so the access to ABC Mart or Starbucks is great!

Aaron & Allise we’re amazing hosts. Their place at Fairway Villas was perfect for our vacation. They had everything you’d need for the beach from chairs, umbrella and sand toys for my daughter’s toddler👌. They were very very quick to respond to any questions we had or help we needed. JH & EH

Not worth the money. Place is old, with a musky smell. No direction of where to park. No description of what location or the floor the apt was on. Had to walk around the lettered apartment building until a Neighbor asked me what I was looking for and directed me. My parents stayed in another Airbnb in the complex next to us and had very detailed directions, as I was aimlessly running around trying to figure it out. We had an emergency come up and the host was not willing to work with me at all! No explanation at all. I suggest to overpay for something else, but at least you will know the host will take care of you and your needs if something comes up.

As a Native Hawaiian I take great pride in providing an inviting atmosphere with the spirit of Aloha to guests who visit and enjoy a the beauty of our land and the home of my ancestors. As you know, we provided a PDF in advance of your arrival with an annotated map of the community, directions for arrival & parking, and pictures of the building, and unit (that are also on the Airbnb profile). In addition, as we explained, the State of Hawai’i and the US Geological Society did not consider the Mauna Loa volcano eruption an emergency. In fact their websites explicitly indicated there was no threat to any communities. Over those weeks there was an increase in visitors to Hawai’i island specifically to view the volcano eruption. Fantastic location and access to nearby beaches. short walk to watch the sunsets. the apartment is on the 3rd floor and has a nice balcony that we enjoyed. Everything was perfectly set up. Thank you for being wonderful hosts. We will visit again.

This is a great rental in a great location. The rental is well-appointed, has a great amount of space, and is really well-equipped for all your cooking and beach-going needs. The location is really ideal, within walking distance of shopping and restaurants and a short drive to the best beaches on the island. Aaron &Allise are wonderful hosts and responded quickly to all questions. Thanks again for a wonderful one-month stay!

Great vacation stay on the Big Island. We very much enjoyed our stay at Aaron and Allise’s home. We look to return in the future for another stay.

The condo was the same as the picture, and it was cool because there was an air conditioner and fans. The golf course view from Lanai was beautiful and the location was very good. There is a state-of-the-art washing machine and dryer, so it was good to do the laundry after swimming. we had a wonderful time 🙂

Aaron and Allise’s place is amazing. It backs the golf course and is beautiful to sit and drink your coffee on the deck in the morning. We have a family of 5 and there was more than enough space for all of us. The kitchen is well stocked to the point of needing leftover containers and they were right there lol. There were a lot of little things that were thought about that we hadn’t thought of as we are not seasoned travelers. We had a couple of questions before and during our stay and they responded immediately. I very much would stay here again!

This was a great place to stay. The condo is nicely furnished & equipped. The beach gear & snorkel gear saved us a few bucks, as we didn’t have to rent anything. Location is convenient, walking distance to King’s Shops & Queen’s Shops, a bit longer to the beach but very do-able.

This place has everything you need. It is also close to restaurants and shops. Truly a wonderful place to stay.

It was the first accommodation as soon as we arrived in Hawaii and it was really good!! The accommodation was all clean and luxurious in the complex. There was also an LG Wash Tower with a washing machine, so it was easy to use! There is a grocery store, Starbucks, and a small shopping mall within walking distance, so it was convenient to use the whole time!! It’s the best place to stay.

We traveled with our family of 4 and spent our last week here at Aaron and Allise’s place. The condo is in a great location. We were able to see so many beaches on this side of the island. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make meals. We also used the BBQ area to grill. It was never too busy. There is a lot of room in the condo. My son loved the loft area. It was like his little area to hang out in. There are plenty of beach chairs, snorkel equipment, beach toys and an umbrella to use. The lanai is great to eat breakfast on and watch the golfers. We loved that we could walk to the shops. Definitely go to the Original Big Island Shave Ice Co. So delicious. We loved Hapuna Beach and Manini’owali Beach (Kua Bay). My boys loved to boogie board at these places. We checked out beach 69 which is super cool with all the trees. We also went to Mauna Kea beach. You definitely have to go early because there is limited parking (the hotel owns the parking to the beach). We hiked Pololū Valley and went further but never made it to the Honokane Nui Lookout. It was very muddy but such a beautiful view. Aaron’s communication was great and he was quick to respond. We were also able to do a linger longer option on our last day. So we had the condo for longer for a small fee before our night flight. This was great to still be able to go to the beach, pool and have a place to shower at before departing. We loved the condo and area. The Big Island is so diverse and we enjoyed our 2-week vacation away.

Great location for family in a gated community in a resort area. Within walking distance of a couple of beaches and shopping. Nice pool in the complex. Nice golf course view. The house was clean, well stocked, and conformable. The hosts were very nice and responded to questions promptly.

Awesome location, just as described. Plenty of room for the three of us in the downstairs bedrooms but the home could easily accommodate up to six with the two twin beds in the loft (which we never used). We enjoyed eating breakfast overlooking the golf course and the convenience of walking distance to local restaurants including Roy’s, Kilauea Rum Shack, Starbucks and Lava Lava.

Great location, a quick walk to the 2 malls for food or shopping or a movie. Lots of beach items to use. The kitchen had a variety of seasonings and oil and some other basic cooking items which came in handy. The lanai was the perfect spot to spend time on when not at the beach or pool. It was also very quiet and comfortable.

Great communication! Wonderful and quiet location – I was able to walk to the beach and any shops I needed. Kitchen has plenty of supplies and even some spices for grilling on the barbecue! The pool was nice for a day we didn’t go to the beach.

Good location for exploring the island, family friendly, pool, indoor/outdoor gym, near market, near beach. 20 min to Kona airport. Spacious for our family of 3.

My friends and I stayed at Aaron & Allise’s place for a week. The condo is located in a great location close to shops/restaurants and within walking distance to the beach. The place was clean and had everything we needed (kitchen supplies, pool/snorkeling gear, cooler, beach towels, washer/dryer) for our vacation. The Hilton resort is also nearby and you can buy a day pass to get access to their pools/lagoon. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We loved staying in Wailkoloa to celebrate our 26 anniversary. It was our first time to the big island and we are so happy we chose to stay at Aron and Allise’s unit. We loved this unit and would definitely bring our family back again with it’s spacious set up to sleep at least 6 in separate spaces. The unit on the golf course has amazing private sunrises right from the balcony. Having the use of beach chairs, umbrella, and other swimming equipment was a huge bonus to use choosing the spacious unit. It’s decorated well, kitchen is fully stocked and it’s very comfortable and quiet in a beautiful community. We had close access to many great beaches like Aneaho’omalau Beach minutes from the unit and a short drive to Hapuna State Beach and restaurants with amazing sunsets like Tropics, Lava Lava Beach Club, and our anniversary favorite meal ever at , CanoeHouse in Mauna Loa. We also took an amazing night snorkle dive tour with manta rays with Blue Wilderness Dive , which I highly recommend as a magical experience. The meeting spot is just a short drive from the unit on Puako Beach. I highly recommend this clean, convenient, and special unit for your exploring and relaxing Big Island vacation time.

The location is excellent! The space is well stocked and comfortable. The hosts are exceptional at communication. We were able to explore and enjoy the area easily. We would DEFINITELY return. Thank you, Aaron & Allise!

The unit is well-decorated and had all the amenities to make our staycation an awesome one. The loft area is great for kids and my 11yr old son loved the privacy he had up there (although there’s 2 beds and plenty of room). The owners are very communicative and respond to messages quickly. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to return to this same unit!

This condo was perfect for our group of 6. Great, quiet location-close to the pool and a short walk to shopping & restaurants. The loft was a hit with our teens. Aaron & Allise were very responsive & great hosts! We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay! Nice kitchen for making meals and able to sit outside enjoy the magnificent views. The pool access was great for kids and place to cool off. We really enjoyed how close the lava hiking trail is with petroglyphs to explore. We highly recommend staying here.

Aaron & Allise’s place was the perfect fit for our last minute family getaway. The condo was clean, the beds were comfy, and the AC was absolutely fabulous during those humid Kona days and nights. We would definitely try to stay there again if we go back to Kona in the future.

If you want to go to the big Island of Hawaii and be in the mix of the resorts but with great beach access, restaurants, pool, look no further, this place is #1, and you’re hosts are 100% on any needs, but I doubt you’ll need anything, their place is amazing, and ready for your relaxing Hawaii vacation!!

Wonderful location near the king and queen shops with a beautiful view. The pool was basically empty and newly heated. The hosts were so gracious and hospitable with plenty of outdoor accessories to enjoy the pool and beach! Would stay here again in a heart beat.

We’ve stayed in the Fairway Villas several times, but this was our first at Arron & Allise’s. They were awesome hosts and the place was lovely and well stocked with beach gear. Would book again no question!

We loved our long stay. The unit was spacey and comfortable.

The king size bed in the main bedroom was really comfortable and the pillows were super (I have a hard time finding a comfortable pillow, these were really comfortable).

The bathroom was nice, the shower area was very nice.

The temperature in the unit was very comfortable, it must be because it doesn’t receive a lot of direct sunlight, this was a plus because we could leave the door to the patio open.

We both worked and the WiFi worked well within the unit.

The condo is inside a quiet gated community; It has a grocery store and shopping plaza nearby. It is very convenient to buy some small stuff. The condo has 4 beds, which is perfect for our family of four people. The host is quick on communication. We had a great vacation!

If you’re looking for a clean, stylish, relaxing atmosphere place to stay, look no further. Hosts Aaron and Allise were absolutely delightful to communicate with even when things didn’t go as planned to begin our stay. I won’t give details but the way we were treated and the situation handled was As good as it gets. Our stay was wonderful, they have lace was clean, roomy, and just gave off the most relaxing vibe. Our trip was solely to get away and enjoy a relaxing weekend and this place as the perfect place to do just that. The location is prime with great restaurants and shops within walking distance. The facilities were awesome and I would recommend this place for anyone and I will definitely be coming back in the future.

We stayed there as we waited to close on our house. For the location and amenities, it was WAY better for us than a resort or hotel. It was quiet and had great views of the mountains. Check in was easy. Close to shopping. We had a great time!

Aaron’s place was perfect for our family of 6. Everything was as advertised and more. Conveniently located near shopping, dining, and beautiful beaches, Aaron has included all of the amenities you’d expect and even some extras. We especially enjoyed the juices and coffee upon arrival. We had a fantastic stay at this Condo for 10 nights. The condo is in a fantastic location and is a beautiful, clean, updated unit. There was lots of extras such as boogie boards and snorkeling equipment which was really appreciated. Lots of space for everyone and a great balcony to relax and enjoy the golf course view. It is within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants so you don’t always need to be driving. Highly recommend Aaron’s place for your stay on the Island!!!!!

This was a great trip and the condo was AMAZING! Aaron was always available for questions and comments when we needed them. Waking up each morning with the view of the golf course and the trade winds blowing made it easy to enjoy the day! Check-in was VERY simple and everything was setup before hand. The location was wonderful as we could walk to the beach, the shops and the golf course if we needed to. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again and we are already making plans to stay again when we visit the Big Island again. Thanks Aaron for the use of your home and all the EXCELLENT service!

We stayed for 10 nights over the Christmas week, and this place was so perfect. Great layout with the loft for kids to sleep and play and have their own space. The beds and sheets were comfy, the AC was stellar, and the digital lock made getting in and out a breeze. The toys/chairs/coolers were awesome to have! Parking could be a bit of a challenge in the evenings, but likely because it was Christmas week and busy. Super great location, walk on over to the market, Starbucks, and restaurants at the shops. The complex was quiet but still family friendly and the pool was beautiful. This is located conveniently right across from the pool and BBQ’s, has an elevator for getting to the top floor, and wonderful golf course and Mountain View’s. Owners responded in literally minutes when we got locked out accidentally, in suits and towels – they were incredibly responsive. Would absolutely stay again, we were all very comfortable and felt homey. Mahalo!

Beautiful location, beautiful condo, but some things are lacking. The neighbor downstairs is not very happy with children and asked us to keep the footstep noise down while only there for 5 minutes. Air conditioner needs some help. Beach equipment works but it is a little old. The price is still very worth it since the place is big and the location is everything you would want on the big island.

An exceptional value in the heart of the Kohala resort area. The unit was clean and well-stocked, and came with an assortment of beach gear that was thoroughly enjoyed by our kids. Aaron was very responsive to requests for information.

Comfortable accommodation, nicely decorated in a great location. We were pleasantly surprised to find lots of kitchen amenities far beyond what we’re used to in timeshares. We’d definitely stay here again.

Aaron’s home was amazing. It is by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. Our family loved the unit, the facility, and the location and have saved it for another trip to Kona. Aaron was so responsive as a host and made sure we were taken care of. It truly felt like home away from home and we are grateful for our time there. The location of the condo is ideal for restaurants, pool, and beach access. It is quiet as heck and we felt so rested after our time there. Please do yourself a favor and stay here as soon as possible. You will not regret it.

Excellent location in Waikoloa – close to everything and most within walking distance. The condo is super clean and having a washer & dryer in the unit is very helpful. Aaron was very communicative and access to the unit was smooth and easy. We would definitely return when back on big island.

Great condo in a great location. Condo was sparkling clean and check-in was a breeze. Aaron was always quick to answer all our questions and/or concerns. We loved the pool and the BBQs. It was so nice to walk in on day one and have it clean and ready for us, very turn key. Your condo was nice and clean, very spacious, far exceeded my expectations. Hi-lights included the shave ice truck, walkable beach access, great walking path and routes with lots to do for all members of our family. We are looking forward to reserving your condo again. This was the perfect experience for our first ever visit to Hawaii! The condo was conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and a beautiful family friendly beach. Fully stocked with necessities with many extras, including a rolling cooler with ice inserts, beach toys and boogie boards, beach chairs, and bikes. The binder full of suggested activities lwas very helpful in helping us choose what we wanted to experience while on the island. The property has a beautiful swimming pool area, a gym, and beautiful views right from the balcony. The condo was very clean, the furniture comfortable, and was stylishly decorated with personal touches. We were very impressed with everything and can’t wait to plan our next visit and will definitely recommend to friends and family! Thank you for making our stay the perfect getaway!

We arrived later in the evening and had zero issues with getting into the condo. The information we received upfront from Aaron allowed for our smooth arrival. The location of the condo was great for us, we were within walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We loved that the condo was extremely clean. An added plus was the unit was located close to the complex’s swimming pool and gym. The condo was stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment and beach towels for our use. Aaron was great to work with and was quick to answer any questions we had for our first trip to Kona. We would definitely rent this condo again.

We loved staying in cute condo! It was super clean and in a great location. The local shops and restaurants were amazing! We loved sitting on the lanai at night and playing the games we found in the condo while we watched the sunset. The owners were so easy to work with and responded to our questions quickly. I’m so glad we rented the bikes from the garage. We had a blast riding them to the beach!!!

Truly a great location and unit. It was only 2 of us and a baby but could have easily fit at least 4 more comfortably. Very quite and peaceful community with an extremely convenient market less then a minute away.

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a great mothers day. The pool and jacuzzi were the best. Hottest jacuzzi we’ve ever been in. You really have everything you need here.

My wife and I loved staying here at the condo and I highly recommend it! We were looking for somewhere to stay closer to Hapuna Beach and this was perfect. The pictures show the condo just how it is – you get the beauty that you see. High quality, spacious, and very clean, we especially loved mornings on the lanai overlooking the golf course sipping our coffee and reading. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you’ll need and we greatly enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and cooler supplied by the owners. (They have snorkel gear and beach toys too!) We went to the pool and hot tub several times and it was always clean and well-kept – very peaceful. The grounds are beautiful with lots of flowers and there are other amenities including an exercise area and BBQ. The owners even have a great guidebook to the island there we used a lot and we rented their bikes for a day – very convenient! The owners are also very responsive to any questions you have ahead of time. Overall, it was just what we needed for a fun and relaxing stay and we would absolutely rent from them again.

Hale Wailana- the perfect place to stay for our Hawaii Vacation! It had all that we needed for our stay- sparkly clean home, spacious and very cutely decorated. The scenery around was picture-perfect! The Kings shops are walking distance with the Queens shops right across the street from them. The pool area was beautiful and also had BBQ and a nice gym there too. The owners are wonderful to work with and answered all our questions as well as provided information for our stay. Highly recommend for all!

Our stay in Waikoloa was fantastic and the condo is luxurious, and everything was in excellent condition. It was so nice to find a third-floor condo (no-one above us and super views) with the plus of an elevator! Lots of TV channels, including Showtime many movies and best of all super-fast Wi Fi. Nothing better than sitting on the lanai in the morning for breakfast and relaxing there every evening. The beds were comfortable and how nice having the two bedrooms, two bathrooms and the loft area making a third bedroom. We had so much space! We liked that we could walk to the King and Queen’s Shops, shaved ice, great restaurants and free Hawaiian entertainment. There are many beautiful beaches. We could walk to Anaehoomalu Bay “A Bay” or it’s a two-minute drive and Hāpuna and 69’s beaches are only a 15 minute drive. When we weren’t at the beach, we were in the top-quality open-air work-out room or swimming in the infinity pool. The condo is positioned in such a way that we had a light breeze all night long, we didn’t even need to use the A/C. The owners truly show the Aloha spirit and we will stay there again!
